My name is Fernando and I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1976.

Since early childhood I have had a passion for drawing and animation, collecting animation toys and creating my own 3D models out of cardboard. I had an addiction to drawing characters from all my favourite cartoons that have cultivated my talent and experience today.

I enrolled in several private drawing and comic book courses, after which I began a comprehensive animation course combined with an apprenticeship in TV commercials. I was then hired as an assistant animator on the live action and animation show ‘Mi Familia es un Dibujo’, which went on to win Best TV Comedy award. Over the following three years, I gained intensive work experience with the show and subsequent movie spin-offs, working with many talented people in the industry. Concurrently I also drew comics for Hanna Barbera and DC comics ‘The Flintstones’ and ‘The Jetsons’ before moving to work in the USA.

My projects included supervising a pilot of a US show in the Philippines, Korea and Hong Kong, and the subsequent two years travelling between Nanjing and Shenzhen, China and Hong Kong as an overseas animation supervisor and storyboard artist. I then spent several months in Europe working between Paris, France and Switzerland continuing in graphic and storyboard creations.

After a short return to Buenos Aires I emigrated to Israel, setting up my new home in Tel Aviv. I continued to gain valuable experience over the next ten years in both TV and films, working across many different projects based in and around Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. Working for Animation Lab on the movie ‘Plants’ was just one of them.

My work (and partner) have brought me to London where I have been working on several animation productions from TV to features.

My latest collaborations were on Ruff Ruff Tweet & Dave season 2 and Paramount's "Sherlock Gnomes" scheduled for release on early 2018.

When not working I keep myself busy cooking, playing with my kitties, enjoying movies and TV shows reading , Crossfitting and trooping as a Stormtrooper for the 501st / UK Garrison.
